The Impressive 20’ x 7’ Screenbox
That’s 28m³ of screening area across three decks, the K8h offers exceptional throughput. Its hydraulically adjustable screen angle lets you optimise different materials, while the aggressive, high-energy throw gives it the versatility to handle fine screening as well as heavy scalping. A screenbox speed sensor regulates the feeder to ensure consistent material quality.

Unlike competitors, the K8h uses steel hydraulic pipes instead of rubber hoses throughout the machine. This delivers increased strength, improved safety, easier repairs and better heat distribution, resulting in longer oil life and extended component longevity.
The 12m³ Hardox® 450 steel hopper features three hydraulically folding walls . The split back wall allows three different feeding heights, ideal for working with excavators, loaders, or in a crushing circuit.
Beneath the hopper, the heavy-duty steel apron feeder handles oversize material with ease. Interlocking plates and tight side seals prevent fine material from leaking.

The steel apron feeder is a heavy-duty, steel-plated feed system designed for reliable, controlled material flow even in the toughest applications. Its patented interlocking steel-pan design prevents fine material from leaking through the feeder, making it suitable for both coarse and fine feeds while maintaining efficiency. With exceptional wear resistance and low maintenance requirements, the apron feeder enhances overall screening performance and ensures dependable productivity in demanding conditions.
Powered by a CAT diesel engine paired with load-sensing hydraulics. This intelligent system only uses the hydraulic pressure when needed for each function – resulting in 20 to 25% less fuel than conventional gear pump systems.

The conveyors are equipped with hydraulic pressure sensors that continuously monitor load and system pressure. This allows the machine to automatically adjust conveyor speed or stop feed when overload conditions are detected, protecting components, preventing blockages, and maintaining consistent material flow.
The 10-function radio remote gives the operator full control of key machine functions from a safe distance. This improves setup efficiency, boosts operator visibility around the machine, and enhances overall safety during operation.
