GIPO Scalping Screens range includes the double deck GS123, GS144 & GS186 are suitable for a wide range of applications offering optimum transport and short setup times. The powerful 2-deck, 2½-deck, and 3-deck screens ensure a high level of throughput and precise material separation. The GIPO Scalpers are designed to sort material before the first crushing process. Large screening media such as bar screens, finger screens, perforated plates or wire mesh screens are used for this purpose.
The screening plants use diesel hydraulic drives with powerful engines. The fully-hydraulic drive concept is totally resistant against dust, humidity and vibrations.
