The GIPO P 130 Impactor is a heavy-duty impact crusher built for maximum performance in recycling, quarrying, mining, and construction waste applications.

Powered by a CAT engine, it delivers strong, consistent performance even in demanding conditions. Its large 1270 x 925 mm crusher inlet allows it to handle bigger feed material, reducing the need for pre-processing and improving overall efficiency.

With a capacity of up to 500 tph, it supports high-volume production while maintaining consistent product quality. A 1400 mm wide discharge conveyor ensures smooth, efficient material handling across the plant.

The P 130 also offers strong flexibility, with options for 1, 2, or 3 deck final screening units, allowing operators to tailor output to project requirements.

An impact crusher breaks material using high-speed impact forces rather than compression.

Inside the crusher, a rotor spins at high speed with blow bars that strike incoming material and throw it against fixed impact plates (aprons) in the crushing chamber. These repeated collisions cause the material to fracture into smaller pieces.

The material continues to reduce in size as it moves through the chamber until it reaches the required size and exits the crusher. The final product size can be adjusted by changing the position of the impact plates.

Impact crushers are widely used in recycling, quarrying, and aggregate production because they produce well-shaped, consistent material, and are especially effective for softer to medium-hard materials and construction and demolition waste.
