The GIPO Roller Grizzly Screens are ideal for heavy-duty jobs, screening and cleaning strongly contaminated material or material with a very high moisture content. The special shape of the rollers generates a wave motion in the material, which facilitates the separation of damp and sticky material and causes no blockages. The wave motion causes the material to clean the grizzly itself.
The powerful screens ensure a high level of throughput and precise material separation. The screening plants use diesel hydraulic drives with powerful engines. The fully-hydraulic drive concept is totally resistant against dust, humidity and vibrations.
Screenmasters offers expert guidance, proven equipment and end-to-end support to help you get the best results from your investment. Screenmasters mobile and fixed screens are suited to quarrying, mining, construction, demolition, recycling, coal, landscaping and waste management Industries, delivering accurate material separation across a wide range of applications and production requirements.
SMA screens are purpose-built for quarrying, mining, construction, demolition, recycling, landscaping, and waste management industries. Designed for high performance and reliability, they deliver precise material separation across a broad range of applications and production requirements, helping operators maximise efficiency and reduce downtime.
GIPO Roller Grizzly Screens are designed for tough screening conditions, especially where materials are wet, sticky, contaminated, or high in fines.
Their unique roller design creates a wave-like material movement, helping to separate fines from larger material while preventing blockages in challenging feed conditions.
As the rollers rotate, the material is continuously agitated and cleaned, reducing the risk of clogging and minimising downtime. This makes them highly effective for maintaining steady throughput in demanding applications.
A roller screen, also known as a roller grizzly screen, separates materials by passing them over a series of rotating rollers arranged parallel to each other. Material is fed onto the rollers, which rotate continuously. As the material moves across the rollers, smaller particles fall through the gaps between the rollers, while larger materials continue travelling across the screen and exit as oversize material.
The unique design of the rollers often creates a wave-like motion in the material. This movement helps break up clumps of wet or sticky material and prevents blockages, allowing fines to separate more easily. Because the rollers rotate independently, the material is constantly agitated and cleaned as it moves along the screen. This makes roller screens particularly effective when processing moist, clay-rich or contaminated material that might clog traditional vibrating screens.
