The Keestrack B5 Jaw Crusher is a compact, heavy-duty primary crusher built for high productivity and reliable performance across demanding applications.
With a capacity of up to 400 tph, it is ideal for hard stone quarries, concrete recycling, and landfill material processing.
Its 1100 x 750 mm jaw opening allows it to handle feed sizes up to 600 mm, making it well-suited for large, abrasive material.
A double deck vibrating pre-screen removes fines before crushing, reducing wear on the jaw plates and improving overall product quality and efficiency.
Material is fed into the top of the crushing chamber. As the moving jaw pushes against the fixed jaw, the compression force breaks the material into smaller pieces. When the moving jaw retracts, the crushed material moves downward, where it is further reduced until it can exit through the bottom opening.
The final product size is controlled by the Closed Side Setting (CSS), which sets the minimum gap between the jaws. Adjusting the CSS allows operators to achieve different output sizes depending on application requirements.
